Well

Well I figured I would blog because it has been so long, I have just been busy between work, the kids, and just being plan lazy. So lets start with the kiddo's Alex is just growing like a weed Sunday he started walking. He is just so cute He has changed so much in the last couple of months that little man is the sunshine in my life. The girls are doing good. They are getting ready to go back to school August 9th. So the last 2 weekends have been about school shopping I feel like that is never ending. I have also decided to go back to school I start august 16th. I am going to go for personal training and nutrition. I have found this new passion for working out and eating good. I am excited. I get to learn how to teach weight training and yoga my absolute favorite thing to do. I am also going to take a zumba dance class. So in 6 months I can be a personal trainer. Granted I am going for 2 years for my degree but at least in 6 months I get to do what I am very passionate about.

We have been busy around the house too getting the game room finished all we have left to get is a tv and stand. We bought theater seating a dart board and a solid oak poker table and chairs. I am trying to find sport art for the walls that is a big task I have a couple of ideas.

Busy Busy Busy

Another month of not blogging. What is going on you ask well alot. First and for most Shane is a Certified Fire Fighter Yeah he did it. He Also Past his National test which means he can do this in any state he chooses. He also met some great people in his class and we have all become really great friends. So a big sigh of relief for him passing way to go Shane.

Second we went on vacation. It was great to get away San Diego was Beautiful the weather was great not like Arizona. So Ill post pictures to describe this wonderful trip.

So there are some pictures Of Disney and the Beach. We also went to Seaworld and some great places to eat.

This week Pam and Jay are coming and we have a luau planned for Saturday and we are going to Vegas on Sunday. So more Busy days to come.

Fantastic Spring

So Its only the 6Th of May and this month is already starting out busy, well lately everyday is busy I am not sure what it means to sit back and relax. I use to have a day off and it was just all about sitting back and relaxing I have a feeling the whole month is going to busy with work Shanes school ending and finals. The girls get out of school this month and we take our trip to Disney on the 25Th .

Well on to better things The 2 cuties in the picture above spent last Friday night coloring well Danica was coloring and Alex was watching he was most likely thinking those crayons look delicious. The Kids had fun together playing outside and eating pork tacos. Speaking of being outside the backyard is finished its about time. It came out so nice its the perfect dining and living area. We have been entertaining alot lately we had Shanes class over ,some friends and our family for the past couple of weekends. Its been so nice being with family. Shane is almost done school YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! its been a long 3 months on top of school he got a promotion at work so he is running around all the time. I am blessed to have him.

Alex is getting big so fast he is such a beautiful baby he is so sweet. He can make me smile even when I am in a terrible mood he is starting to say mama it is so cute. He is also trying to let go of things when he stands up Im sure he is going to walk sooner than later he is so fascinated with everything and that means he is in too everything.

The girls are doing good schools almost done and there getting excited to go to Disney and Seaworld.

Dog Food

What is it with kids and dog food. I caught Alex trying to eat some of Puffs food. Today He had a cake donut and he decided to share with Puff since Puff shared his food with Alex and they both were in heaven. He is getting to big to fast he is pulling himself up and crawling around. We also got new sippy cups today he has been using them since December so today he got some new ones. Well theres and update for today.

Strawberry Shortcake

Tonight was family night we had pizza and wings and homemade strawberry shortcake...... It was yummy. Alex had his first pizza and strawberry shortcake tonight yeah he was in love. You ask how is he eating that well he has 8 teeth and he sure puts them to work. We also watched the coyotes playoff game.

Happy Spring

I can not believe I have not blogged in so long I guess I just have been so busy between work and the kids. I feel like everytime I get on the computer one of them needs something. So much is going on I thought the Holidays were busy. I thought after new years I would have been able to relax yeah I was so wrong. So lets see Shane started his Fire Science class a couple of months ago it is 3 days a week and on Saturdays he has to go to training. We are finally finishing the back yard its only taken a year two sundays in a row we have worked laying rock and planting more palm trees I just hope they live this time. After 5 hrs on sunday and a massive sunburn we planted 13 plants. I also have been working alot lately which in return I bought my self a car which I love.I am so glad we have 2 cars now I find life so much easier now. Also by working more we got the girls a trip to disneyland next month well the easter bunny did. He setup a treasure hunt for them and at the end was the trip to disney and tickets to Sea World they were so excited We are staying at a beach resort in San Diego. The girls are doing good there getting excited for school to be done and summer vacation. Baby Bean's Is doing good He is crawling all around and trying to stand up on his own He is such a good baby He is always laughing and he loves to eat. He loves being outside and we have been out there alot lately and his favorite thing is the music from the ice cream truck he knows when it is coming down the street he gets so excited and he starts laughing. Well Im gonna try posting more and next time with pictures. So I leave with a picture of bean's.

Its Been Awhile...............

It feels like its been forever since I have blogged.. Where have I been? Let me tell you I have been busy. I totally forgot how much work a new baby is everytime I sit down to do anything he needs something... I started the Christmas tree sunday between some of the lights not working and the 2 hours shane and I spent on trying to find the light that didnt work and taking care of Alex my 2hour project turned into 8 hours. It was worth it the tree came out great.

Thanksgiving was nice. I made a huge dinner it was wonderful. We did our traditional black friday shopping we left at 3 am and got the majority of it done, we also took the girls to see The Christmas Carol Saturday. It was a great movie Well got to cut it short the little man just got up.

2 Year Anniversary

WOW its been 2 years, So many things have happened good and bad but we always got threw them. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family. I am thankful for the 2 beautiful girls we have and our sweet new addition alexander he truly is a little miracle He has made our family whole. I am blessed to have a great extended family and great friends. So happy Anniversary Shane thank you for being in my life.

Alex was born on friday after being in labor for 2 days he was born by c-section. But all the trouble was worth the work because now beautiful Alex is here. And Daddy is so proud of his new son. Shane is so great as soon as he gets home its all about taking care of Alex He even gets up with me when Alex gets up I dont expect him to because he gets up at 5 to go to work. But at 5 he gets up and takes Alex down stairs with him and feeds him so I can get the girls ready for school. Its such a help. He is already making him a sports fan last night was their first monday night football game it was so cute.

Late Fathers Day Gift

Well I have been pretty behind so the fathers day gift I had planned for shane was going to be late. Between painting the house a 2week project. And Laurie coming I just did not have time to finish it. So I finished them this morning so he can have it when he gets home.

I made and stained the frames I also took the pictures and cut out the matte for the frames.




This week was great Laurie came on the 4th of July we barbequed and watched fireworks it was fun. On monday we went to the chandler fashion center. I planned on buying the baby some cute onsies but they didnt have any with short sleaves. We spent alot of time just hanging out at home it was nice to have someone to talk to. Yesterday we went out shopping and ate at pei wei it was yummy I have been craving it for a while and shane hates it so Laurie and I went. I also went to babies r us picked up some really cute onsies and some bottles. I also picked out the bassinet I want they didnt have it so I ordered it. I am getting really excited for the baby to arrive I am really uncomfortable especially at night. This week im going to start making room for all the baby stuff I also have a couple of things to make that I have been trying to get to.

Changes They Are Coming

Well the biggest change in our life will be the birth of our child in August. Its taken us awhile to get excited about it but now we are I guess the change scared us. We have been going back and fourth about getting a second car for awhile now and on friday we decide that it would be the best thing since Shane got a job in phoenix on friday . He applied for a customer service rep job like he did when he worked at safety kleen he did it as a joke and they called him the next day for and interview. So he is going to take it until he gets a job at a fire station so for that to happen he needs to finish school. I just hope he doesnt burn himself out between the 2 businesses and school. So the next 2 months there will be alot of changes.

Our New Addition

Yes Its True We are Pregnant. It was quite a shock to us but this kind of thing happens for a reason. We are due August 22. And 90 percent sure it is a boy. So lets pray for the other 10 percent. He was stubborn like his father and would not move. But of course as soon as I leave he wouldn't stop. So for now until the next ultrasound unless he is stubborn again kind of like his sister rosie It will be a surprise. So I will just be buying neutral colors for now. Well thats my little update for today.

Easter and the crazyness I call life.

Easter was a crazy day. The girls woke us up a 5:45 wondering if the Easter Bunny came. And we told them they needed to go back to bed because it was to early to get up. Then when it was time to get up they were super excited. They thought they were going to eat candy at 7 in the morning. I planned a big breakfast for my father inlaw because we were going to go to my mother inlaws house for dinner. After breakfast and when the sprinklers finally went off they went on an easter egg hunt. Puff found an egg to and ate the jelly beans out of it. At 9:30 the dog groomer should up to give the dog a haircut. He really needed it.

While the dog was getting a hair cut the girls were getting ready to get there Easter pictures taken I put there good dresses on and did there hair when they were done we headed over to the park to take there pictures. Grandma needed an update picture. This was one picture it is so hard to get them to hold still. They just wanted to run around and they kept saying are we done yet.

Then we went to grandma's to eat a ham dinner. Also big news the easter bunny went to grandma's. The easter bunny left jumpropes and bubble's it was a big hit. grandma loved and laughed that rosie was good at jumpropping.

Well yesterday was my final attempt to plant palm trees. We got some full grown mexican palms that looked great. But today the wind is going 50 miles an hour and they look bad again. I just have no luck. So we will see tomorrow how much damage the wind has done. The next step is shade trees .

Landscaping Projects........................

What a month. Lets see I can begin with shane had to take a layoff from work thought it was going to make a great deal of stress but as luck would have it our Bouncer rentals have gotten pretty busy we have booked up for the next 10 weeks. But Shane has been bored being home so much during the day that he has started doing some landscaping on the side which turns out to be going great. He is actually making more doing this a couple of times a week then he did working full time. Plus I have been going and helping him which is actually fun and it gives us a really good workout. Last friday we did a spring cleanup and today we cleared a yard to lay down sod on monday. We would finish it on friday but shane has a 12 hour clinical ride along. He only has a month left till he starts his new job which will turn out to be the job he was born to do I am so proud of him he is in the top of the class and is really loving it. He did a clinical at the gilbert hospital a couple of weeks ago and he loved it.

I am looking at some great recipes to bring to my mother inlaws house Sunday . Shanes stepfathers family is visiting and we are going to see them. I think I am going to make blueberry lime tiramisu. I thought it was very spring. I have also been working on the girls easter baskets.

I want to eat the candy I love easter, I love spring.

Afternoon In the Park

This afternoon the girls and I spent the afternoon in the park near our house. Shane needed to sleep because he did his clinical last night and was up all night and when he got home he needed to setup bouncers and then we went shopping so needless to say he was tired. To give him so quite time I took the girls to the park were they went on the swings and flew there kite. I hope it made them tired because watching them made me tired. They didnt want any help flying the kite so I took alot of pictures of them. It made me think of taking them to the desert botanical garden they are having a glass exhibit there so that might be next weekend.

New Yard In Progress

For the last 2 weeks we have been working on our backyard. And as of today we are almost finished all we have left is the trees that will go in tomorrow. It is so nice to look back there and not see dirt. The irrigation system was put in yesterday and Shane put the sod in last night and today.We also had a fire pit put in and they extended our back patio.

Father Daughter Dance

On Friday Shane took Rosie & Madison to the Father Daughter Dance. Rosie went last year, this was Madison's first time going. So we went out and got them fancy new dresses and new shoe's. Shane surprised them with wrist corsages they were so cute when they got them. They were excited all week to go. Shane predicted Rosie would take off to be with her friends and Madison would hangout with him and he was right I think the anxiety of the whole night got to Madison but the last hour she decided she was going to dance. They had a great time.

Experimental Recipe

The other day I was watching the food Network with my father in-law and sister in-law and 3 beautiful little girls. It was the Show for the big game Tyler Florence made a Mexican Pork Chili that looked great so I looked at the recipe and changed it up a little Instead of pork I used chicken and left out the masa to make it thick. I shredded the chicken and made the sauce I turned it into burrito's they were absolutely great. So tomorrow I am going to use the leftovers to make a green chile stew. I also made homemade Kettle Corn thanks to the mother in-law that was talking about kettle corn yesterday got me craving for it.
